Dubrovnik is 5 hours from Tirana — too far for a day trip, perfect for two. Add the Bay of Kotor on the way and you have the Adriatic's two greatest sights in one loop.
The itinerary
Day 1: pick-up in Tirana (passports needed), north through Shkodra into Montenegro. The Bay of Kotor: Perast and its island church, Kotor old town and the walls. On to Budva for the evening — dinner in the old town, night by the sea. Day 2: along the coast into Croatia, morning in Dubrovnik: the Stradun, the city walls walk (optional ticket), the harbour. Return to Tirana by evening, with the border routine handled by your driver.

The Dubrovnik question
Dubrovnik is magnificent and crowded — that is the deal. Our timing (arrive early, walls first, lunch off the Stradun) keeps it enjoyable. If you prefer a Montenegro-only version with beach time instead, ask on WhatsApp and we adapt.
When to go and how to book
April to October; May–June and September–October beat the cruise crowds. Borders are slower in August — we plan around them. Dates and group size on WhatsApp.
Frequently asked questions
What documents do we need?
Passports (not ID cards) for Montenegro and Croatia. EU, UK, US citizens cross visa-free; other passports — check with us first.
Are Dubrovnik wall tickets included?
No — the walls cost about €35 per person (optional but recommended). Everything else — vehicle, guide, hotel, planning — is included.
How much driving?
Day 1 about 4 hours split by the bay stops; day 2 about 5 hours with Dubrovnik in the middle. Comfortable vehicle, flexible stops.
Can the tour end in Dubrovnik?
Yes — many guests use it as a transfer with sightseeing. Same price; we simply do not drive back.
