Then north — about 1h15 of motorway — to Shkodra, the north's relaxed cultural capital. Then down into Shkodra's pedestrian heart — the Grand Promenade, the Marubi photography legacy, and a late lunch of the north's best grill-and-café culture. Home by early evening, head full.
